Well I just stepped off the scale and have managed to lose an additional 3 lbs this week!
So when I add that to the 9 lbs I lost from the 14 day induction diet I have lost 12 lbs and now weigh in at 258 lbs down from 270 lbs and well on my way to my goal of 200 lbs
Still need to increase the excersise though hopefully this week!
