Well, this weekend I decided to eat anything I wanted. My weight has gone from 205 to 182 and I seemed to be at a halt, so I figured what the heck? To sum it up I ate anything I wanted and to be honest, I did not enjoy myself all that much. The only benifit I could find was not having to think about what I ate. Just open the fridge and grab anything.
I would like to get down to 175 but I am not sure that is possible with my frame type and muscular build, I am 5'10" and am in 33"-34" (32" is my goal) pants with decent muscle definition.

I went off the Atkins wagon last Easter, but unlike you I wasn't able to get back on the horse the next day. Kudos to you for that! It took me like 9 months. I'm glad you're back at it but don't mess around with your WOE too much. It's a slippery slope and you never know when you're going to slip badly if you're not diligent. Maybe you want to move in to OWL and add more choices. I'm considering it in the next months or so myself. Gotta take advantage of summer veggies
