  • Splenda tabs vs Splenda granules

    Hi all
I'm in the UK and we don't get liquid Splenda here. I know that the Splenda granules have approx 1g carbs per spoonful but wondered how I should count the tabs - do I have to count carbs if I use them?

    Thanks
    Sue

Re: Splenda tabs vs Splenda granules

My interpretation of the rules is that we still need to count the tablets as part of our 'up to 3 servings a day' and I count the tabs as being 1 serving per 2 tabs.

As for how many carbs to count for them I discovered that 10 of the tablets we buy in UK have 0.5 carbs in them, making each one to have 0.05 carbs
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
