I've been doing this for 3 months now. I started on March 11th, and I can honestly say this is the first diet I have EVER stayed with this long. It's not easy but it IS easier (I think) than the others, and like most of you, I have tried them all.
I have been going to the rec center three and four times a week and walking for a half hour on the treadmill. I usually take it slow, as I am still obese and I don't want to push it. I told myself that once I hit my 30 pound mark, I would add weight training. So just this week, I've been doing some of the weight training machines. This has been a tough week. I mean, I am working HARD on this, and I am trying less and less to notice that I am the biggest person in the gym. But I keep telling myself....it WILL NOT always be that way. I'm staying strong....I'm hanging in there with this.
