  • First Goal Met

I am currently on my 26th day of induction and I am happy to say I have met my first goal! I have lost 30 lbs in 26 days! I can't believe things have worked out so well for me.

But more than celebrate my acheivement, I am speaking directly to the people who are discouraged or are thinking about giving up. STAY THE COURSE. I am living proof that this way of eating can work. We may not all lose weight the same, but if you stick to the plan, it will make a difference. Believe in it, and believe in yourself! I have had a few bumps along the way, and I've worked through them, and I am so happy I did.

Don't give up. You're not in this alone. There are people going through the same struggles. You can do this...We can do this!

    Do work!!!
    Goal 350- Met 6-13-09
    Goal 325- Met 7-23-09
    Goal 300- Met 9-18-09
    Goal 275-
    Goal 250-
    Goal 220-
