    Is this stuff safe??

    I saw some "sugar free" candies that say sweetened with "splenda". They have 15 grams of carbs all from the above.

    Is this the technical name for Splenda?

    I hope you're not considering eating them.

    Hydrogenated starch hydrosylate is not sucralose/Splenda. It's a fancy name for sugar alcohols.

      In a moment of weakness I was considering it. I'm wanting to stay away because it says "starch".
