  • ready for the next step...

well.. i think i am ready for the next step.. i have been doing the extended induction for right about 30 days now.. feeling very good and to be honest, still into it.. but yes, a little bored now with the tastes that i have going for myself.. so.. think i am going to go on up to OWL or now called phase 2...
also, i am feeling good today as I completed my 30 day challenge on the Wii game EA ACTIVE.
That felt good and really helped out.

so far... down about 18-25 lbs... as, i wrote on a different post, i didnt weigh myself right before starting induction... but.. also since january i am down right over 30 lbs...

have at least 26 lbs more to go before i am truly happy with where my weight needs to be...

Have you tried some of the recipes on Linda's site? They really add a lot of variety.

start slow -- add 5 additional net carbs of a different veggie - eat that veggie three times the first week - if you don't gain any weight that's a good veggie for you....if you do gain stop eating it .... you will figure out which veggies are keepers and which ones to stay away. When you've tried out enough veggies (or want more than just veggies) move to the next rung and do the same thing again....it's a slow process but it's the way to keep your weight off and find the number of carbs you can safely eat to keep the weight off once you get to maintenance.
