Here are the multi's that I take from that site, recommended to me by the local Health Food Store. The bottle says 3 per day, but she said that's excessive unless your body is really run down due to illness, so I take 2 per day, both in the morning. The price at this site is about $12.00 per bottle less than my local Heath Food Store for the same thing.
