I have been on Atkins for 37 days cheat free and following everything to the T. I have lost about 30lbs since. The past 4-5 days I have stayed at the same weight. Nothing has changed in my diet or anything. I was placed on some pills to start a period. I was just wondering if anyone knows if that will stall the weight. I have currently been off of them for about 5-6 days now and am wondering if my weight loss will start back up soon???????

Forget the scale!
Measure yourself!I´m my best friend and my worst enemy.

30 LBS IN 37 day... my god you aren't in a stall. Your body is catching up to all that loss. Be happy for that because it is amazing in itself.
Keep doing what your doing...don't get frustrated when the scales don't move everyday, this takes time. :wave Doing great!

Donna's right-
you have had a truly amazing loss so far, sometimes the body needs a chance to catch up- do measure yourself though -at least pick 3 places and measure you will be surprised to find that even when the scale doesnt move the tape measure will, some weeks i lose quite a bit while others i go for a couple of weeks with no loss- -but remeber it didnt come on over night and it wont go off over night either - make sure you are sticking with the right foods and it will come off- after a bit of a break in lossing it sometimes comes off rather quickly- good luck and stay positive this will workORIGINALLY STARTED:
