    Hangs....head....in total shame!

    I had (repeat HAD) some of those bad low carb candy bars at my house. After my perfect atkin's friendly lunch i had a little piece of one of those HORRIBLE HORRIBLE candy bars. I threw the rest away cause i was like..."WHAT???? why do people eat these things!" NASTY! Ok...i just had to get that off my chest. Back to the real WOE!

      good thing you only had a little piece or you'd be bathroom bound for lots of exercise for the rest of the day.

      GLad you got rid of them Now onward with your Atkins and downward with your size as you become that healthy smaller person you want to be.
