flax is a great food. it is the highest source of Omega3s out there. it needs to be ground as flax meal fo getting the nutrients out. We have a stickie on flax and you can type flax in the recipe data base and get lots of wonderful recipes notall induction legal.
Sinvce you are adding it for constipation go slow and see what a table spoon does for you increase the amount tomorrow if no relief comes until you find the amount you need as it is different for all. you can make a hot cereal out of it you can make not2lates induction cookie or crakers, you can add it to the mock danish in the eggs and cream cheese mix for a more bread like texture you can make Book's flax bread just to name a few ways to eat it. After you clear your constipation since you did get constipated you can have it regularly as a part of your added fiber for regularity.
Is there anything I can do with milled flax seed? I picke it up when I saw it, but I don't think it's what everyone is talking about. So, its just collecting dust in the cabinet!

You will need to check the list of ingredients and may have to substitute some ingredients for induction-legal ones.

I often use it to coat meat just on its own and it does have a slight taste but a pleasant one. you could mix it with pork rinds I am sure.
