    Hi Ya'all:

    I am continuing in the induction period (day 15 now) and for the past 2 days I find I have gained a few ounces both days totaling 1 1/2 lbs!

    To say I am nervous is an understatement.

    I track my carbs on livestrong.com and except for not counting splenda carbs I have been truthful. I also swim laps every alternate day for 45 mins.

    What should I do? Am I steering wrong? Should I be concerned?

    11/03/09: 214.8
    Minigoal 1 : 220 lbs - Met 08/25/09
    Minigoal 2: 215 lbs - Met 10/10/09

    You are fine. This is very normal. The weight often stand still or goes up a bit around this time. So you should not be concerned. Keep going.
