When I first started Atkins I wasn't hungry at all. Now it's been about 2.5 wks on plan and I'm starting to feel hungry more often and even after eating I'm still hungry. (For example, it's been an hour after dinner of a hamburger and a small spinach/romaine salad with no-carb dressing and I'm hungry again.) I'm still showing color on the ketostix. I haven't weighed myself in a few days after I found out that Post Induction Stalling existed (I didn't want to bum myself out anymore by scale jumping.)
Why am I hungrier now than I was when starting Atkins? Thanks!
