  • Calories for breakfast - 1000 appx. Is this ok for me to still lose weight?

I'm guessing I ate appx 1000 calories for breakfast. I had 4 pieces of cheese (microwaved to a crisp - most of the fat drained off), 1 large hamburger and at least 2 T. of mayo. Does this seem excessive? I'm guessing it was about 1000 calories. I'm not 'full' but just satisfied. In fact, still a bit hungry.

(Maybe it's not that many calories come to think of it, with all the oil drained out of the cheese I'm guessing it was about 200 calories compared to 400. Maybe my calorie intake is more like 800 for breakfast.)

Can I continue to lose weight like this? This seems like a lot of calories here.

Calories are not going to important. If the hamburger came with buns, ketchup, and sweetened pickles I would worry. If you ate more than 4 oz of cheese I would worry. If you totally left out water and veggies that day I would worry.

Concentrate on keeping the rules of induction and it will work out for you.
