Hello everyone! i guess i want to reintroduce myself as it's been awhile since i last posted. My name is Niko and i came back to atkins about 2 months ago. I have hashimoto's , and finally straightened out all of my issues and was doing wonderfully on armour untill the new formulation came out. but i stuck to my extended induction and managed to not gain even though i felt AWFUL!!! i'm starting a new thyroid med today, and i'm down a lb for 2 days in a row after a 5 day stall, hopefuly the new med will help with the bloating!!!!!! I came back here to the board because i love all of the wonderful encouragement everyone gives!!! and your info is great too!!!!!!!

Congratulations with breaking your stall.
It can take a while for the effects of new thyroid meds to kick in so there may be more good news in your future.
