I have lost 7.6 pounds during Induction and a lot of inches. Should I stay on Induction for any longer is the big question..

8 lbs is awesome! How many inches did you lose?

You're lucky to have an average to low metabolic resistance. And you're even more lucky because you have less than 50 lbs left to lose! Looks like the appropriate thing for you to do is to say "goodbye" to the folks here and join us in OWL forum.

Re-read the OWL chapter in DANDR and take a look at the sticky threads in the OWL forum. Happy OWLing!

      Re: new to Extended Induction

Thank you for the input, I started rereading the OWL section this morning and I think after reading it I agree and will start the OWL today.

In those 2 weeks of Induction I lost ½ in off my biceps Hips and forearms, 1½ inches off my thighs(that walking along Route 66) and 1 inch off my waist and nothing off the chest although my Bra feels better and no extra popping out.

I bought a 6 cup water jug and I am drinking at the min of 3 a day. On these hot days even more.

Still can't make Whip cream no matter how hard I try . I am only trying to whip 2 TBSP so maybe there is not enough there to make it whip??

I think it would be hard to whip only 2 TBS. I whip more and then try to ration it for a few days or share with the rest of the family. An electric device works the best I think.
Good choice on starting OWL. Just work through it slowly and methodical and it will be good.
