  • Whooshy Whooshy Wooooooo!!!!!

    Ok so I finally think my body has "gotten with the program" and figured out what's up because I got on the scale this morning and I've dropped another 3 lbs. Total of 16.6 since I started back on 7/30/2009. Maybe I'm just a whoosher! Either way, I'm stoked!

    *does the cabbage patch* Go me...go me...go me!

    I am flippin' ECSTATIC!

    I can SO do this!

    Mini Goals:
    317 - pre-pregnancy weight - MET 9/29/2009
    300 - Trip to Dayspa as a reward from my dad
    287 - wedding weight
    250 - mid 20's weight
    235 - 19 yr old weight
    180 - High School grad weight
    146 - GOAL!

                  1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                  what the rungs mean to me:
                  rung 1 - more veggies
                  rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                  rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                  rung 4 - berries, melon
                  rung 5 - wine -
                  rung 6 - beans, hummus
                  rung 7 - other fruits
                  rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                  rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                  Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                  (on to pre-maintenance)
