  • My result this week

    Hi everyone!
If I remember well, the last time I posted on ADBB was a couple of months ago (if not more). To be honest with you guys I struggled with the diet and didn't want to do it anymore. I was just so negative about everything. To make the story short, a couple of weeks ago I thought that no one but me is the responsible for my weight gain and decided I should go back on track (if i dont take care of myself no one will). So I am back to Atkins, feeling great and noticing a few pounds off me!!

When I first started Atkins (beginning of April) my weight was 202lb (my heaviest ever!!). In total, up to today, I've lost 29 pounds (i'm 174lb now!!)!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so proud of myself! I am getting closer to my ultimate goal which is 144lb.

Anyway... I just wanted to tell u guys that i struggled and went back on track to Atkins with, what i think, are very good results so far.

So, what do you guys think? Is 29lb good enough?

    Greetings!

            Great work!!

Have you decided when you are going to move to the main weightloss phase of Atkins (ongoing weight loss/OWL) and start to see how many carbs you can eat and still lose weight?

Remember, Dr Atkins expected us to be at the 3rd phase (premaintenance) when we have between 5 and 10 pounds left to lose so you need to allow time to do OWL properly before that.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
