So it's my TOM next week so I'm PMSing majorly and I'm wondering if that might have something to do with these crazy cravings because I want to dive head first into a bowl of fruit salad. At least I'm not craving junk food, just high carb fruit! They had donuts in the break room this morning and the smell grossed me out from all the grease mixed with sugary sweetness. Ugh. I've been doing so well for over a month now, no cheating (except during the first week when I had sugar free low carb candy because I didn't know any better and maybe going overboard on diet soda every now and then) but I've been really good about the right amount of veggies, cheese, dressing, etc. so I'm kind of scared I'll shoot myself in the foot and fall off the wagon. This is the longest I've ever even been able to change my eating habits. I guess I'm kind of freaked out because this is the first time since the first couple of days of induction that I've had to deal with cravings. Any suggestions on how to ride them out or to curb them?
PS I also gained 4 lbs (of water I'm hoping)! TOM sucks!!!! Being I haven't cheated, is it safe to assume those are from TOM??
