  • milk after induction

hi im now day 6 of the induction and feeling very good my weight has already dropped from 111.5kg to 108 kg so im really happy one thing im interested in is when i choose to move off induction can i start having milk in my coffee? i really cant do without a coffee in the morning im up early and up the gym at 6 most mornings so the coffee is a nice boost ,but having cream with it is a bit sickly
    thanks

    Re: milk after induction

Milk isn't until the dairy rung (OWL 2). I agree about the heavy cream in coffee being a bit much...it's too rich or something. I thin it out with water. Play around to get it the way you like...something like 1 tsp in a half cup of water, then add either more cream or water until it's the flavor you want. Not the same, but worth a try. Congrats on the weight loss!

BTw - dairy is the second OWL rung, so not too long till you can switch back to milk if your body allows it
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
