  • Extended Induction @ 4 week results

    Hello everyone,

    I just did my Monday morning check-in on the scale and it seems that I have managed to lose another 3 pounds this week. Which puts me now at 250lbs on my way to 200!!!

    I was able to get to the Gym this week for a work out, but only once. I did take my Cub Scout Den on a Hike over the weekend that was probably around two miles so that was some additional exercise. But, more would be better.

    I have also managed to kick my Caffine habit this week, so thats also a plus. I was reading DANDR and noticed that Caffine contributes to sugar cravings, and I was starting to get a pretty strong sweet tooth. I figured I'd try reducing my Caffine intake. Surprisingly I was able to totally switch to Decaf Coffee without too many headaches and now I feel great. And the sweet tooth is much less now.

    It is amazing how all of the little things add up!

      forgot the stats

      When I started induction on March 14th I weighed 270lbs. and I have now managed to lose a total 0f 15lbs. in 4 weeks.

        woo hoo for you kicking that caffein habit!
        Congrats on your success so far and nipping that sweets issue in the bud.
