Has anyone tried them? Are they good for our lifestyle? As they are all fiber, I think they are allowed? Anyone?

    They're not a "miracle".

    They're not allowed on Induction.

    Many find the taste/consistency/smell disgusting.

Never had them myself, and see no reason to have them!

      Re: Miracle Noodles

Here's a recent thread on shirataki noodles. Personally, I think noodles is stretching it as they taste more like rubber bands than noodles. Not sure where they fit in the OWL rungs (a lot of that depends on which kind as some are made with yam root and some with tofu) but they are not Induction food.

EW- Good golly I did try them. When I was on WW, they were talked about all the time. I did everything I could to eat them. Rinsed them, sauteed them to dry them out, put sauce on them. UGH. I'd rather have a little bit of real noodles than a pound of those!! However, I'm on extended induction and don't really miss my pasta at all!

We place then on Rung one here on ADBB. As that particular veggie is not mentioned on the allowed list.
I have not tried them either but if my local Asian market gets some in I may give it a shot - but yes I have heard they are not easy to love
