    Does anyone notice a change in weight loss when they drink more water ???

    I am determined to drink more water.., so i was just courious it it helps loose weight faster or what ??

    water is certainly a popular subject around here. Yes water helps you lose more because it detoxifies you of your waste and fats and your body does not retain as much water.. maybe because you pee and sweat it all out. drink LOTS

      well Bren our admin emertius was know in her early days on ADBB as the water queen cause she upped her water and broke her stall only change she made too.

        I do notice that when I neglect to drink my water I seem to bog down on the scale losses. On Saturday I weighed 189.2 I did not drink my daily water intake that day and on Sunday I weighed 192.2. Yesterday I drank almost my daily requirements and today I weigh 191. So I definitely think i retain water when I do not drink as much water as I need to. I am definitely going to be guzzling today because I wanted so badly to be in the 180's and I think I blew it. I am beginning to think I am more metabolically resistant than my inital induction would indicate. The weight seems to be hanging on for dear life.

            Water, water everywhere...yup, when I drink as much as I should, I feel like I'm burning fat easier. Since you need water to metabolize fat, it seems that when I don't drink enough water, I don't metabolize as much as I could. I then I think about all the fat I've burned off, and if you think about a pound of fat diluted in water (ie your urine) to dilute the fat enough, that would take A LOT OF WATER!!!!
