I'm a little confused about the carb count in cabbage. Fit Day said cabbage has 6.66 grams of carbs per half cup cooked. Dr. Atkins says it has 1.9 per half cup. Another site I went to said it has 3.6 carbs per half cup cooked. Anyone have any idea who may be right? ensive

Are you talking about "net" carbs or total carbs? Are you looking at cooked values or raw values?

Fitday has a cup of shredded boiled cabbage as
        Total Carbohydrate 6.69g
        Dietary Fiber 3.45g

Making a net carb amount of 3.25 for one cup and 1.625 for half a cup.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
