  • DAY 1 ..FEELIN GOOD

    Well today is day 1 on ext induction for me. i feel great. while on induction i rarely worked out which i now regret. i am thrilled w/ my loss for the 1st 2 wks (10lbs) but wonder if it could have been more. i am making a pact w/ myself to do SOME exercise 6 days a week and to quit making excuses. i have a vacation coming up in july and i need to go from 180 to as close to my 140 goal as possible and not just 140 but bathing suit ready as well!! i want people to see me and go " She has 4 kids???" i also want to try to start a journal and get myself a ticker if i can ever figure them out!!! look forward to being a part of the extended induction family!! michelle

    Like you I didn't work out on induction either. Although I don't regreat it. I went from really eating bad and out of control and I didn't want to take on too much at once and set myself up for failure. I actually waited for a month or so to begin. So don't beat yourself up about it. 10 lbs is still awesome. Way to go! I'm also going on vacation to the beach come early July so I too want to do as much as possible before then. I have no muscle tone right now so I know that I have a way to go. But the way I look at it is if I work out and eat good, no matter what size I am I gotta look better then I do right now.

    The ticker thing is easy. I'm assuming that you can get there and get it your just having problems putting it in your profile. If I'm wrong let me know. PM me and I'll go through the steps with you.

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
