  • yay for me!!!

    So i went to dinner with my dear friend who has always been a "fat-enabler" if u know what i mean ...so he ate his yummy carb food and i had my chicken and small bit of broccoli and iced decaf coffee and then he went and got two bowls of ice cream (they were both for him btw...one of those i can eat whatever i want and never gain a thing people :raving) ....it lookeed soooo goood....oreo my fav kind, slathered in chocolate sauce and some whip cream....but i didn't give in i didn't even have one bite!!! haha it's been sooo hard getting back on the wagon i am so proud of myself for sticking with it!

    Yay for you! :icondance It feels so good to beat that demon. It does get easier to avoid the temptation but you have to keep being strong anyway. Good job! :hug

      OMG, you shouldn't even be allowed to name that ice cream! LOL! Good for you!
