Is it ok if I eat too many almonds? I just have addiction to them 
I eat as following:
Breakfast--- 2 eggs and cheese, about 260 calories
Lunch-- some meat and veggies, about 400 calories, and carbs about 2 g from the veggie
Dinner---almonds! 1 cup, about 640 calories and carbs about 8 g from the almonds
so altogether I consumed about 1300 calories and only 10 g of carbs...
does that make sense? So theoretically I could lose weight by this eating plan...what do you think? Thank you for any advice!!!

I have 20 lbs to lose, now I weigh 140. Do you think I should set a timeline for myself? How long do you think I could lose all these lbs?
