How much water I should be drinking a day? Does this depends on my weight? Why? Please explain this to me.

Rule #11 in your DANDR is:
11. Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day to hydrate your body, avoid constipation and flush out the by-products of burning fat.
Many people use the formula of drinking 1/2 their current weight in ounces of water per day ... they find that works best.

Water is one of those intangibles. There is no "proof" that you need a certain number of ounces a day, BUT MANY PEOPLE FIND that when they drink more water, they lose faster. I know it is true for me. And the 1/2 your body weight in ounces seems to be holding true for me as well. My losses are MUCH steadier when I am getting at least 110 ounces a day of plain water.

make sure you drink no less than 64 ounces --- also this is PURE WATER, nothing added except ice or you can float a slice of lemon, lime or cucumber in your water.
