and have to admit I haven't kicked the diet pop habit, tomorrow i'm going out to get some cases of water and a box of tylenol. it has to go I can see that it is holding me back, I just know it. I also have a fused ankle which makes it very difficult for me to exercise but I went for a little walk today, that felt great, I'm going to try it again since it is supposed to be a nice day out!

So far your stats show you are doing great! Congratulations! Kicking the diet pop habit is a good idea. I honestly don't miss it and when I really do want one (about once a week) I have one and really enjoy it instead of just guzzling it as an every day beverage.

Good work
Some of us cannot lose well with a lot artificial sugar. It is just how it is.
Keep working it.
And remember sticking to a nice clean diet will pay off even if you do have a bit of a small losing pause now and then.
