You probably are already on advice overload but here is one more suggestion--I find that I often kept eating during a meal and 20 mins later would feel too full. It helped to divide my meal into two portions and wait a full 20 mins after the first half before going back for seconds. Many times my brain got the FULL message by that time and I no longer needed the 2nd serving to feel full. It also prevents you keeping your stomach stretched out so much. Over the next few weeks, do with one less strip of bacon or one less burger patty and see what happens. You may be surprised to find that you really don't need so much to feel full.
