  • Hello!

    Hi everyone! I just finished My Induction on Tuesday...and I have decided to stick around on Induction at least until this coming Sunday....I may hold off going to OWL until May 1...I haven't completely decided yet.

        As Dr Atkins says, move on to OWL only when you are ready to.

        If there are reasons such as boredom with food choices of you do not have much to lose, then move on to OWL. DANDR says it's all about avoiding the "crash diet"mentality. ie sometimes it's healthier to take the weight off slower and have you and your body adjust to the new WOE, and that way when you finally reach your goal, you have less of a chance of gaining the weight you have lost.
