How are you going to add 5 net carbs during OWL?

How will you know what your CCLL is?

Of course, if you count or not doesn't matter to anyone but you! This is your journey, and you can do it anyway you want.

Just as Georgiana pointed out, what you eat only matters to you.
Then why are you questioning about what I do?! I didn't ask for any of your help or opinions and was speaking to the OP, so why are you guys giving me crap? If you all must go exactly by the book, fine, but don't berate or stick it to me if I want to do my own thing. I read the book and use it as a guideline, nothing more.

Besides, I'm not on induction. I don't even know why I stopped in here. Good day. Cancel my registration to this place.

That's what your "Atkins phase" says.

What part of "I quit counting carbs months ago" didn't you understand?

My Atkins phase? Lady, I just registered yesterday. Do you honestly think I seen that? Where do I change that? In the control panel? Have you read my introduction in the welcome forum? If you did, you'd know how long i've been doing Atkins... correction, low carb.

In bacon there is often sugars. Those would not be Atkins friendly. It takes some looking around to find sugar free bacon.
When we buy processed stuff in grocery stores we have to get used to read the ingredient list to see what is added.
And I would like to welcome you to ADBB!!!!!

It's not something I'd buy, so I had to look up the ingredients online.

INGREDIENTS: Defatted Soy Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Water, Salt, Sugar, Artificial Flavor and Natural Flavor, Red 40 and Other Color Added, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soy, Wheat).
There's sugar and trans fats in it.

                            Re: Counting Carbs

Sorry, I lost track of this thread. I don't know if I've been losing inches since I've "stalled," but I do know that since I've started I've lost approximately 30" total, which is mind-blowing to me.

I've gone back to my induction mindset and have stopped slipping up so much, and what do you know. I'm down to around 280 lb. I'll get an official weigh in one week from today.

Are you planning to move to OWL soon?
