          Now you know what I am going to say . . . . . When are you going to start climbing the OWL ladder? You need to discover what level of carbs you can eat and still lose weight.

          Remember Dr Atkins told us we should be in premaintenance to lose the last 5-10 pounds to stand the best chance of staying at goal for the future!!

              First of all great job!!

              I am sure that when people told you that you are looking good they weren't just commenting on the weight loss or the skirt, although I am sure it is as hot as the weight loss :yikes

              I am sure they were also referring to the new can do attitude, and self confidence you carry around with you :yes
