well i should be working on this major paper ...but nope i am here anyways, i was really stressed b/c of this paper today i was in such a tight scheduleand didn't have time to get a real good meal so i did something very bad...i had to get a subway lo-carb tuna wrap!! ugg i felt so bad about it, but it was that or not eating anything till midnight...and if i did that i would surely have binged on something even worse...a bagel or chips or something....but I had my orientation for rome this evening (after my subway disaster) and i am now really motivated again...for those who don't know i really started my weight-loss effort b/c i am moving to rome in the fall and i want to be thin and happy!...so i just though i'd share....mainly b/c i don't want to write anymore about the class wars between the aristocracy and middle class in late victorian britian.....ciao!

That is really good that you didn't beat yourself up over it. Think "start over", because if you are hanging on to guilt, it makes it very hard to get through the next few days. A lot of us cheat or give in to temptation, but if we kept feeling guilty about it, we'd keep cheating to cheers ourselves up!

Nothing you can do about it now. But in the future, if you are at Subway and want to stay on course, why didn't you get a salad? You didn't have to get the wrap. :no
