I just wanted to let some of ya know,the second time around on this wol does work..I had lost 103 lbs gained it back........Restarted in jan.....Still on induction,well i eat salasa on taco salads,sour cream,and still i have lost 47 lbs..........It can be done......Just motivate yourself.........If you fall get back up............THe summer we moved into our new house,i was doing yard work everyday,planting mowing etc.Last summer when i gained it all back......I could not do any of that.I stayed inside all the time..........I could not walk up the stairs in my house with out being out of breath.......I had to have knee surgey, the pain lasted forever,now no pain..........So anyway what i am getting to if you think you missed your golden window,you have not............I do count calories ,i have too. I have a long way to go,i set the mini goals,in the beginging i was overwhelmed,thinking omg can i do this again,yes i can.The reason for the gain ??I cheated one time and could not stop..........Thats the key,for me anyway,i have to keep it clean period......

That's the idea! No cheating. My ultimate goal for this WOE/WOL is to keep it totally clean throughout :yes. I've been goin since March 10 and have had no cheats.
