So I had the worst weekend I just gave up had a party Saturday and went to an outing with friends and family Sunday. I feel like crap now after all that hard work to get where I was and now it has all gone down the drain. I am sure I am never going to do that again because the feeling after is just not worth it and I refuse to get on the scale cuz I am sure all the weight I lost in the last 20 days is back. I am def out of ketosis and now I am just starting back today is it back to start where I left off or do I go back to intro phase?

That really sucks, sorry to hear that. ... but you know what you do?
Get up, dust yourself off and get right back on track!!
One misstep doesn't have to be the end of your great efforts and healthy new way of life.
Lesson learned. You're human. Next time, know that you can still have parties and hang out with family - and completely stick to your program!!!

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

It's really not as hard as you might think...I had an Christmas dinner to go to last Friday night...the person was a close friend I had coffee with him that morning and asked for the exact menu...he laughs at me but is jealous of my weight loss
...I said everything sounds great can I bring the sweets....he was delighted at my offer...so I made this um 'creation' with mascapone and whipped cream and raspberries...and everyone loved it...no need for them to know its Atkins friendly....but when they were all shocked by my weight loss I told them what I was doing and that the sweets were totally legal for me....I like astounding people with tastey food...makes them a little more responsive to how Ive lost weight...sweetens the punch lol
When you tell people the way youre eating is for your health I havent had one bad response....and also they can see how much better I look as well...but all I mention is my health...I always offer to bring something 'legal' if the food sounds iffy...no-one has ever minded
Christmas is a time of lots of parties and eating etc...always be prepared...if you dont put your health first...you are leaving it to other people to care about you more than you do...
