    Do people weight heavier at night and lighter in the morning? Is it normal?

    yes. You should always weigh first thing in the morning with the same clothes on that you weigh in before. You add to the scale all the food you have eaten and all the liquids in your body from that days consumption. Example today I weighed 156lbs this morning I have already drank my 64 oz of water and eaten lunch. I weighed and I am 3.5 pounds heavier but in the morning I will be back down or will have lost! I found this out the hard way. I try to rely on my measuring tape more though!

      yea it is usually best to weight at the same time with the same thing on or off- each time you weigh
      i actually sometimes weigh less at night- but it is reccomended you weigh in the am a little after waking up so that you can de-blot a bit form being alseep- like say 15 minutes..
