hey Laurenad, 80% fat in Fitday is ok, especially with the weight you are on at the moment. Your body uses whatever fatty acids it needs and excretes the rest, unlike excess protein which it will convert to carbs. If your daily calorie count isn't way over the top, that's ok too. I find that because I eat good foods such as salmon with lots of omega 3 fats, cheese, olive oil, and a dose of cream, my fat counts do add up, but I find a lot of the fats I eat are the mono/polyunsaturated fats, which are much better than saturated fats as these don't clog your arteries the way eating excessive saturates do.
You seem ok with the proportion of your veg - just watch your cream doesn't exceed your carb count.
At amusement parks, what about eating foods like roast chicken, or asking for a burger without the bun? There's not a lot of induction foods there, but at least these foods will tide you over. Carry some cheese or couple of hardboiled eggs with you as these can keep when you have them with you throughout the day.30yo F 5'5 (166cm)

Re-check the Acceptable Foods List, 1/2 cup of cream is 4 fluid ounces and that's too much for Induction.~Megs~

I know it sounds like nagging - but if you were to start moving to OWL you would find it easier possibly.
You would be able to have more veggies than the 3 servings and in a couple of weeks you could have more dairy! :hugWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
