Re: ideas for lunch
crustless quiche - you can make ahead and freeze
Mock Danish - a little bit of change from meat proteins
Egg creams - always yummy
Variation of egg scrambles (I love this - finding different cheeses and different stuff to add to egg scrables - I am big on just a bit of mushroom, bacon and cheddar cheese these days)
How about soup - a cream soup is quick to prepare. Some roll ups with meats or fish?

Spinach lasagna from Linda's low carb recipe site. Prep, cook, portion and freeze the night before. Pull out and nuke for a quick lunch.

Re: ideas for lunch
Hi,
Are you needing lunch ideas for home or at work?
If at home that is really not a problem, you can eat anything in the Acceptable food list. Why are you tied down to Salad and Turkey? There are so many things to eat. Chicken, pork, other veggies, have you checked low carb recipes on the net? Or checked for recipes here?
Or are you having a problem preparing something interesting that can be prepared/heated/eaten at your place of employment? That is a little more challenging, but not much depending if you have a fridge or microwave at work.Female 5'3"

A quick & easy lunch (or snack) for me is tuna with mayo & mustard, a stick of cheese, all wrapped in a couple leaves of lettuce.PBK - M/45/6'3"
