...to want to lose about 15lbs in three weeks? I'm trying to reach my first goal before graduation but i don't wanna stress myself out if I don't make it. What do you guys think is a healthy amount of weight to lose?

It's reasonable to want that, but is it realistic? That's hard to say and it really depends on your metabolism and your dedication to the diet and exercise.
You have a relatively small amount of weight to lose, and as we all know the closer to goal the slower the weight will come off. But rest assured you WILL be losing weight in these next three weeks and you need to remember than any amount of weight that comes off is weight that is gone! :joy and you need to celebrate that no matter whether it's the number you were hoping for or not, ok?!
I wish I could give you a better answer than that. It's not impossible to lose that amount in that length of time but it'd be a shame if you lost 8 pounds and felt like a failure because you didn't lose the 15...you know what I mean?

of course.. drink lots of water.. stay beneath carb requirements.. and excercise an hour a day at your heart rate. believe me.. youll do wonders_r0mel_
