  • The Tale of the Tape

Well I'm down 10lbs at this point and while pleased I was hoping for better results. Then I remembered it was time to take measurements again. Since just last week I'm down 2" at the waist, 1.5" at both the hips and thighs among others. One week.

I have done an extremely clean induction and as mentioned before will spend a total of 4 weeks in induction before moving on to OWL. Like I said I'd hoped for better scale results but this just goes to show you have to look at both the weight and the inches as the book says. I also took out a pair of jeans that are more than snug. I'll keep trying them each week to see what happens.

Lovin this more this time around than back in '04 (maybe because I actually read the book this time )
