Today (and occasionally other days) I am off on my eating times.
For example, today I ate breakfast at 9:30am then ate dinner at 6:00pm. There was absolutly no way I could eat between those hours. So now I didnt have lunch, which is usually a salad.
It's 8:30pm now and I'm not hungry but I havent eaten properly today. Should I eat a salad before I go to bed? or just let it go for today?

:: and I usually stay home on the weekends so I have my eating plan in tip top shape. But today was unusual.
