    :help

Today (and occasionally other days) I am off on my eating times.

For example, today I ate breakfast at 9:30am then ate dinner at 6:00pm. There was absolutly no way I could eat between those hours. So now I didnt have lunch, which is usually a salad.

It's 8:30pm now and I'm not hungry but I havent eaten properly today. Should I eat a salad before I go to bed? or just let it go for today?

If you aren't hungry, then don't force yourself to eat just to fill a quota for the day. Try and get in your water though, for sure.

Sometimes we have weirdo days and that's life. Was this something out of the ordinary for you? If it is, then don't sweat it. However, if this is something that will happen often, you need to work your way around it somehow.

Wayyyyyyyyy out of the ordinary. I have no social life :::: and I usually stay home on the weekends so I have my eating plan in tip top shape. But today was unusual.

Trying to catch up on my water now arty -- even if I have to get up 6 times tonight to pee!

Not exactly ... I helped a friend with her new computer. She, her husband, her mother and 2 sons were there .... not exactly a social life ... but it was more social than sitting alone at my house all weekend. LOL
