  • Extended Induction Progress ! Week #3

Well - week 3 on Induction menu eating plan has past and I have lost another 2.8 lbs. ! sticking at mostly 15 carbs per day ... 20 max on occassion ... above that and i am out of ketosis ... very sensitive above 15-17 carbs ... weight goals moving along slowly but moving ! ... but I am not doing well on my exercise plan and goal to start walking at least .5 miles per day ... only did that twice this past week (actually I fell on a small rock underfoot and got a bit banged up earlier in the week) ... plan to go out for walk after this post though !

Going to Dr. Monday night so I will see what my BP is ... hopefully a smidgen lower ...

I am determied this time !

Great going! Slow and steady is the best way.

When I started off, all the exercise I could manage was walking, first only a hundred yards or so, but in time I managed to build up to a few miles, so your efforts are amazing
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
