ok so i started atkins 22 days ago. on induction the whole time. fisrt 2 weeks i lost 11 lbs. then nothing not even 1 pound. doing the exact same thing as i was. i think i have to be doing something wrong. now i ate a kitkat and i feel like crap. do i have to start all over now. i dont want to quit but its not working. i have been using equal about 3 a day. is this a problem? if so and i stop using it how long will it take b4 i start losing again?

It is working. Almost all of us see a pause in the second of third week. But it starts again - but not if we eat kitkats -
Keep going on induction - drink water - it will happen.
How long before you start losing - wait wait
NO my crystal ball is not working -sorry
But it will work. Have some faith.

As liv said, it is perfectly normal for the initial quick losses to slow down, particularly as you have less than 40 pounds left to shed.
Many of us even those with hundreds of excess pounds see a slowdown or even a stop in their losing progress after those first heady days of scales movement
In fact there is even an acronym for it - post induction scales stall (p.i.s.s). so you are not alone.
With the amount of weight you have already lost you do not exhibit much in the way of resistance to weightloss so really will probably get no benefit from staying on induction levels of carbs and food choices, so it would be a good idea to start the next (main weightloss) phase of Atkins now.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

congrats on your great start. i hope you are checking your inches lost too cause you will see that even when the scale doesn't validate the hard work you were doing before you ate that kitkat bar during PISS you are still shedding body fat. it is just that the human body is stuffing fluids into those places where the fat came from to try to retain shape cause it doesn't like to collaspe inward upon itself.
Hang in there and keep working your atkins. You may want to move to OWL and add 5 more net grams of carbs of those yummy induction veggies to see if that will boost your fat loss.by the book atkinseer
