I have started extended induction about 3 weeks ago. I only lost 200 gms in the past 4 weeks. I haven't cheated once, and my ketones sticks are always purple, but I am not seeing any changes on the scales, even my measurements aren't any different since week 2. I am really desperate to lose weight. My 10 year reunion is in 4 weeks. I am not even close to my first mini goal! I was really hoping to lose at least 10 more pounds, but it is not happening. I work out really hard, almost an hour daily. I do cardio and weights...I follow the rules. I take my multivitamines! My total calories are under check.. yet, I am not losing any weight nor inches.....
I am really confused and sad...
