this sounds like my same story....I started Induction with TOM and I lost 4lbs the first week. I am starting week 4 today and I am still stuck at only 4lbs lost.....my measurements are the same except for the waist (and I suspect it is lower just because week 1 was TOM)....anyway, that being said, I did have a cheats here and there...so I cant be too sad about it.....
I just started week 4 today and I am cutting some things out...like the 2-3 splenda and sometimes caffeine....and the atkins bars.
I also just bought L-Caratiene and Co-10....

I've been snacking on the bars too (about one every two days...) So I think I will cut those out too. Any other suggestions of foods to eat (I've studied the list) would be great. What do you think about eggs, are they okay? and we are supposed to drink LOTS of water, right? Thanks!
