  • Energy dissapating?

When i was in the first two weeks I had huge energy and at times felt as if I could run laps around my office just for fun

However since starting week 3 I have been a little tired and run down. Is this normal? Are you supposed to have the huge energy on this diet constantly?

Am I maybe overdoing it at the gym?

    Are you eating enough calories?

    Enough fat?

Are you making the best out of your 20 net carbs? You can check the Nutrition tab in FitDay to see if you are making good food choices.

I have in no doubt in my mind that im getting enough fat lol. Yesterday my diet was 60% fat , 30% protien, 6% carbs. About 1700-1800 calories. Prob more because I never enter in the butter and olive oil i fry everything in. I have not been eating as much leafy greens as in the past 2 weeks. Like this week I ate more tomato, green peppers, mushrooms, and artichokes.

Trying to post my fitday for you but it's being slow

One thing I noticed in the book is that it says 1/4 lemon juice has 5 carbs? I have been putting lemon in my water and on my fish. The bottle I have however says 0 carbs . Which one is right?

You need to make your journal public first and then post the link to your public page. You can do this in the Profile tab.

            1/4... cup?

Lemon juice during Induction is limited to 2-3 tbs... which is about the amount you get from an average lemon.

The bottle I have however says 0 carbs.
Many things say 0 carbs on the label, yet they have carbs.

If the carbs are below 0.5 g per serving, American labels will generally list 0 g.

                You are undereating.

Are you really eating less than 1000 calories some days or are those days not complete in FitDay?

Your highest caloric intake is something around 1800 calories, which is definitely not enough food for you!

You could also be adding a few more net carbs from vegetables some days.

Did you check your vitamin and mineral intakes?

I think soem of those days are incomplete however there have been some days that have been around 1200 cals. Most of the time those days are the days I eat fish.

I will bump up the net carbs from veggies. I think I need to just move to OWL so I can make it a little easier on myself since I can have more of a variety of food.
