Re: not loosing
Wow you are lucky. You have lost something every four weeks that you have the diet so far. That is kind of rare
Most people see a small pause in week 2 or 3 and here you are in week 5. You are a losing machine.

Re: not loosing
congrats on the 4 weeks of loss.
you need to be patient as weight loss like weight gain isn't a linear thing. We have days of loss days of nothing and even days of gaining a bit but the overal tread when doing atkins correctly is downward.
What are you doing as the mandatory exercise part of your atkins> have you stepped uo p the intensity as you got in better cardio shape to keep the cals burned the same.
I hope your eating has changed since day one cause you should be in appetite suppression from your ketosis and just feeding your hunger which will not be consistantly the same every day for 4 weeks.
hang in there. Everybody as hesitations in weight loss on their way to goal weight.by the book atkinseer

Re: not loosing
As the others said, your cycle will probably affect your losing progress along with lots of other things. Some women actually gain around that time, but normally those 'extra' pounds leave shortly afterwards and sometimes take some friends with them
I noticed your stats give your start weight and goal weight, but do not say how much weight you have lost now. Assuming you have lost weight in those first 4 weeks and have maybe 30 or so pounds left to lose there is no reason in my opinion why you need to stay on induction levels and food choices.
If you are going to have time to discover your CCLL and any food intolerances (if any) you need to be starting the great OWL experiment now, not hanging around on inductionWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
