6 days ago I messed up greatly on the atkins .. as I posted in my other post. However i came to a break through today. I am finally back down to where i was 6 days ago. I went grocery shopping and got the Diet Rite to just have on special occasions and I got more splenda for the mock danish i have been fixing. However, even tho i keep the splenda down to just 3 servings a day each time i have anything with splenda in it now i crave ( like horrible cravings) anything sweet chocolate cake brownies doughnuts you name it i crave it. Now before i had my incident where i completely messed up i could have splenda within the 3 servings and not have any cravings. Any ideas to why this would be? Also i made the sausage muffins on Linda's menu pages and they are great frozen then reheated. Another problem I am having is i am finding it very hard to force myself to eat and drink my water for example today consisted of the following menu:
Breakfast:
Sausage Muffin 2net carbs
Lunch: BK Double stacker only 1 slice of cheese no bun no sauce: 2 net
Snack: 1 oz of left over steak with grilled green peppers and a hard boiled egg:3 net carbs
Dinner: Side salad with low carb dressing, tri tip steak with garlic and basil seasonings, and mashed cauliflower with bacon and butter no cream or cream cheese added. :3, 2, and 3
Snack: Mock danish 2 net carbs
Total today: 17 net carbs
any ideas on improvement or am i still doing ok? advice would be helpful still feel blah for the mistake last week.
