  • Week 3 woe's..

I just want to complain today. I don't know why... I just do

I lost 11 lbs during induction. 9lbs in week 1 and like 2 lbs in week 2. I am in week 3 currently OWL rung 1. Haven't lost anything in almost 2 weeks...I just want the instant gratification to see the scale to move lol but I know im not going to get it and I need to be patient. It keeps teasing me it keeps going up and down up and down...yesterday each time I stepped on it I would get a different weight. I think it is taunting me...my wife even hid it from me but I found it...im obsessed lol.

I've read all the articles about weight fluctuations and how your fat cells store water because they feel like they are imploding lol. I've read all the articles that say don't beleive in the scale use measurements. I've read all the artiles that say week 3 and 4 are the hardest and most stall. I exercised 5 times last week

Can't wait till these next 2 weeks are over so I can push on! I know ive lost inches because I can visually see it but for some reason it's not as cool as the scale

I just want to officially dub week 3 and week 4 H-E-DOUBLE TOOTHPICK weeks and pronounce my scale as evil Losing weight is not as fun as it was putting it on!!!!

Ok im done ranting ...carry on.

Billy that is so common, don't let it derail you at all.. It will start to come off again.
